Attorney Needed for Syracuse Law Firm- Trust and Estates- Salary 100-125 DOE A sophisticated Syracuse Law Firm seeks highly motivated attorney to join our rapidly expanding Estate Planning and Business Practice Group. The firm has a very strong concentration in business transactions and business succession planning for closely-held and family owned businesses. The candidate should have excellent writing, organizational and communication skills. Tax knowledge is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Seeking 5-10 years experience. Candidate must have:
Extensive knowledge of Surrogate's Court Procedure Act as well as Estates, Power and Trusts Law; Strong understanding of state and fiduciary income taxation and post-mortem estate planning; Excellent writing and legal research skills; Ability to communicate effectively and to take action decisively when required; Aptitude for effective management; and Solid organizational skills.
Salary Range:
$100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
